When he jumps into the air you should run away until he slams back down. When he does use a melee attack (NOT alchemy) and he will use his crazy super speed to get behind you. To counter when he does this turn around quickly and use an alchemy attack to hurt him. Repeat this process and you should win.

I prefer to use Scar's alchemy attack in this battle because you don't need to turn around to use it.
