Well if Gai didn't care so much about how he looks, his character wouldn't be so unique.

i cant decide. Kakashi is awesome, but Gai is too. Gai can counteract Kakashi's sharingan, but his ultimate training spandex might just cut off circulation...so i'll go with a draw

Hmm.. first I voted for Kakashi but now that you've all been talking about chakra gates.. I would go for a draw. I mean Gai is strong but Kakashi still has his sharingan plus he's tricky. Oh, and I don't think that Gai is to concerned with his looks.. and if he is maybe, he surely wouldn't be concerned about that in a fight.

Kakashi never really tries at all when they have their little competitions, and alot of them are like eating food, or something as random as Janken

kakashi would totally win. He knows tai-jutsu, gen-jutsu, nin-jutsu and he has the Sharingan!DUH!! It's as simple as that.
