Yeah, that's what I meant when I said that Gaara becomes kazekage. He is the strongest shinobi in Sunagakure no sato.

and for becoming kazekage, the kage title is given to relatives, it's just for the strongest shinobi. EX: tsunade isn't related to Sarutobi (meaning Sarutobi isn't related to the first and second hokage)
well tsunade is the granddaughter of the first hokage but the reason she became hokage is because she deserves to be!
you don't come across a sanin and a medical ninja in one that's smart and can make her own technique right???

gaara would totally win by a long shot. neji has too much of an ego to win. It's like his pride takes over and he thinks he's too good for every one, that's why he loses a lot.(NO OFFENSE TO NEJI LOVERS!!)And plus, i just love gaara. he's my PANDA-CHAN!
oh, and by the by, the so called MONSTER's name is Shukaku the sand spirit.
