That's what Vamoose meant from the beginning divinephoenix and avanatika. She meant that Kai was jelaous of Salima for stealing him Ray away.

And the award for the least annoying girl in Beyblade goes to... MS. KINCADE'S MOM!!! Because she was only in the film, which no one watched properly anyway.
