Oops... I forgot to do the Monette one.
If it's pronounced "Monet", a good phonetic translation for it would be Mo-nei.
You could use kanji like:
望嚀 (hope and kindness)
As for Nishitha, it would turn into Ni-shi-za.
You could use kanji like:
理信蔵 (possessing truth and faith)
