i vote no
reasons:
1) you havent been here long enough, mods should be here for atleast a year in my opinion, if not they should be greatly respected on the forum
2) you say your emo and that being said no emo person would make a good mod because they cant control their emotions and would get upset easily and make rash decisions.
3) i dont see you on much
4) the bulk of your posts come from the RP section. i've seen maybe 50 - 75 of your posts not in the RP section, meaning you dont really go in the other parts, if you dont view the forum as a whole you wont make an effective mod

I vote no. I've seen you in the chats, acting unproper. And as for the mass murderer thing, that was a big negative. I'm sorry, but even if you showed us the article, i'd still say no.

ok ok. Lets not bash the guy cause he's emo. Sure not everyone likes emo's cause all they do is complain but I'd say that is enough bashing for now. A mod will be back later to confirm when more emo bashing should be done. Until then. Later.

Apparently in the chat. However, that doesn't really pertain to the topic, so I'd continue to discuss this further elsewhere. 
I voted "no". As stated already, you've been here only a short period of time. I'd wait a bit longer so you get to know the site, its functions and its members. Also, your grammar is really not up to par. Sure, it can be understood, however not only does it look unprofessional, but it also makes you seem a bit childish in that you have to type like a chatroom regular and can't take the extra time to type out a few apostrophies, commas and uppercase letters. Thirdly, your reasons, however "good" they may be, are generic and show nothing of your personality.
I could get into it more, but I'm in the middle of watching Futurama. I'll edit later if I absolutely feel like it, however I think you get the gist of what I'm getting at.
Btw emo-bashing's old news.
