I think she will do well to, but i think the post count and that she has only been here a few months is going to drag her down a bit, because some of the other users are going to be talking about it on this tread.

I took a second look at your Application, and i think it is one of the best i have seen this year. And i also think you are the Moderator type. I also find your post easy to read and you get your points clear with good spelling. And I also noticed in the chat that you do keep your cool, because there was one time when almost every one was having a go at you and you seemed to control it very well.
