it seems to me that now it is a fad to have a complain about the site. ha. its cute.

moderators will be moderators. first they're too strict, then they'll be too easy. (haha).

you cant get the little bear's soup, goldylocks, unless you go through mama's and papa's.

(i love my metaphors. :] )

I'm Not usually the one to complain seriously, Actually this wasnt even a complaint this was a statement because none of my threads have disapeared, I just noticed it and decided to point it out ^^. Also I enjoyed most of the posts that went :(

Just say my name already. :P

Moderators on this site are pretty good but often lock and remove threads that have little to nothing wrong with them.

Maybe the moderator rules should be updated to prevent this kind of stuff.

Mhm... Yes.. I understand what you're saying. And the reason why we're being more strict is.. well.. Mai stated it.. "I Spy With My Moderator Eye" We're trying our best to clean up AA, and are doing our job. If we move/lock a thread it's for a good reason.. and if other moderators do not agree with it.. they can easily move it back or unlock it.

Don't think it's personal or anything. Just for the good of AA. Like +:D.Ř.Ę.Ŧ.Ļ.Ĭ .N:+ said.. If you want to know whats happening with the threads.. look at the View Moderator Action thing..

I think if a thread gets out of hand it should be locked. But moving it to the Questionable Threads section where no one but mods, webmaster, and Theo can view it is not cool. Threads that are inappropriate or become flame wars are good to leave in place because it serves as an example to lurkers and other users of what not to in order to prevent a thread from being locked. Plus, they're entertaining to read.

The Questionable Threads section, is a place where threads are read and decided whether to be deleted or kept.. if kept they're moved back.. So if it wasn't bad/stupid/too off topic enough to be deleted. It will go back where it was.

If I remember correctly, mods can only move or lock threads and the webmaster is the only one capable of deleting threads. If a certain thread is deleted, i think there maybe something wrong with that thread since the webmaster deleted it. This is just my opinion on the matter.

You know all this drama and make people leave the site, i have seen in happen before. But that doesn’t mean it will happen here, it's just a possibility i don' think this will never die, but allot of the good'ol'users as people called them might start disappearing, i think a few have already:(

There is a "delete" button, but nobody deletes topics.. We move them to "Questionable Threads" but we dont leave a shadow (A shadow is the Moved:whatever thing)

That explains why.

Why didn't a mod infrom the other users when they saw this topic sooner?
