Eh, as long as you keep active then there is nothing to worry about and at least you try new things. That's better than some people. I love that last line about being canadian

i play table tennis. do the and keeps me fit. i run long distances if my stomach feels fat. at school i play afl, soccer, everything. whatever the group plays.
i swim in pool every-now-and then. i walk around all the time! run to beach and back if im lonely...always freinds down there...only if its hot.

i do weights sometimes...but i dont care about big muscles...i'd rather be fit. push-ups and situps and chin-ups are much better than weights i think
