I've tried html, and that didn't seem to work for me. This makes me have to ask, Webmaster.. Hows this possible? Also, How can you disable it?

It's not possible. Some people did it when I first updated the forum because the option was turned on by default. Turning off the option doesn't remove images, just prevents them from being added. If you see anyone else with images in their signature, let me know so I can remove them.

Can you increase the characters, just like.. 45 more?

see this is where i'd ask you to make it longer, but, Its already at 255. and, thats like, a byte's worth of characters.
