That is interesting, so that Mean if Light has the Death note then there could be someone else somewhere around the world with a Death Note, though I’m not sure if they would put it in use like Light did, they could just think it's some ordinary book lying which is useless.

So if the person cannot spell the name then they should not put the name into the Death note in the first place. Because there are some people who do have the most complicated names I can think of.
I can't even find any thing to do with other Anime let along a Death Note,

Well, I think Hallow was indicating that the Death Note that fell to earth 23 days later was the one that Misa got.
