If you are talking about either of these, then you're wrong.

Notice how the first one is the battle scene with Itachi and Kisame and then the second one is in the battle with Zabuza Momochi.

If it wasn't either of these then quote my post and then paste the link, i'd like to see what you found.

EDIT: Notice how good the person photoshopped the images of him ;]
