Oh and haha, I don't even really get the idea of fan boys/girls. To me it seems kind of degrading. Giving someone a title based upon ONE thing. Like, that person is oriental; they're called chinese. (Small example.)
That person loves blah blah anime; they are a fan girl/boy!

fangirls seem to pop up everywhere but their not nearly as annoying as fan boys ((no offense to anyone reading this who might be one))

Fanboys don't go around writing slashfics now, do they? We are also less likely to ship in general.
Now, us fanboys can be insufferable toxic geniuses/condescending highbrow elitists, but at least we don't go around pairing up every character in existence or squealing "OMG Sesshy-kun is sooooo HAWT!!! Sesshy-kun is MINE <3<3!!!". And us fanboys have far better grammar and can actually write a coherent English sentence (which is more than I can say about most fangirls on the internet).
