Actually, I changed my mind, and decided to use lyrics that (kinda) are on topic. =D
Car Black
Car Big
Car Fast
Carter
Can- I- Stick- My- Pencil- In- Your- Sharpner?
Beat It Up Like It's A Drum
Call Me Travis Barker
*Tat Tat Tat Tat Boom Boom Tat Tat Boom Tat Tat Brrrrrrr Pssh*
Hit it, Shawty.

I have a 1974 Datsun 260Z

You know what I have been looking at lately? The Nissian GT-R.
Like muisc instruments, I tend to shy away from the new things, and favor older ones. 1973 Ford Mustang Mach 1 for example.

Nissan gt-r is a pretty cool car. Not my favorite though. My dad has a merceds cls 500 right now which is pretty cool. And he is thinking of getting a new Porsche carerra s couoe or a targa 4s or something.

Nice. One of my brother in laws has a Ferrari F430 Spyder a Ford GT racecar(with over 800 horsepower), an Audi S8(lamborghini V10 engine), and like 8 other cars lol. Plus, one of my other brother in laws has a Ferrari 575 Maranello and a Bentley Arnage.
I like porsche, but I must say, a ferrari or lamborghini wins it over in my mind any day, but, thats almost obvious, since they are more expensive...

Why is it I have a fetish for old school coupes like the Datsun 240 Z, Corvettes, Impalas, Camaros, Mustang, even Ford Fairlane 500? lol

lol. I'd rather have some 1970s Corvette over any of those cars...

ehh, I wouldn't. My Godfather had one of those classic corvettes, and I mean, they are pretty cool, but especially since I wasn't alive when they were new, I can't truly appreciate them. and in my opinion, I'm a new car guy.

It's my dream to drive one of those advertising cars. There's one that resembles a Coke can that drives around here I'd love to drive.

Coke Can? I would drive that around in a heartbeat.

Now that's a car!

Does anyone here know how to drive a real car? By that I mean a manual and not a go-kart automatic.

Yes, my RX-7 is a manual.
But manual isn't always better, and isn't always faster either. For example the 727 torqueflite transmission is far superior to any manual in existence.

I want to
drive a car, I really want to feel the movement and grind of the gears. If I was a professional racer, then I would consider a 727 and I am not. Who on the road would honestly
need that? I want to drive for the pleasure of it. Having an automatic gear box just takes that away for me.

Actually you dont need to be a pro racer to use the 727 torqueflite. It came stock in some of the older muscle cars. I mean I like to street race from time to time and I'm not a pro, and I put the 727 into the skyline.
