Skirts are amazing for males, but not in the way that you state. If a male is going to cross-dress then they should atleast have the good looks for it, or be fictional and drawn by a really good feminine-male Japanese artist.

Nevertheless if I were to see a male in a skirt then I would probably not even care and act normal. I would like to try one once in the future..there is so much freedom in the lower area and when a nice breeze brushes past I bet it feels really nice.

It does, as long as you can ignore the occasional odd look

I would not get odd looks, but looks of admiration and love.
I could easily get away with cross-dressing with my looks and figure. Of course I would have to play the part of a younger female as my chest is bare.

I suppose tissue would work. Although I would much rather prefer my natural looks.

How in the hell is it a status symbol?

You dare to question Kona-chan's words of wisdom?

Basically it is a status of importance as some girls are upset about having small chests, but Konata beats that with her fight against it stating that it is a status. This is so that she may hide that regret and show off her small and cute chest with pride! It is a way to reassure herself to make her happy about it.

Nonetheless, despite her having a small chest, I would still bed her.
