To be technical, I don't think that 'fat people' in general are their own "race" (and be race, I mean legal class, see Pelman, et. al v. McDonald's Corp, et. al.
Pelman's case was dismissed on other grounds
) And more specifically, I don't think 'fat chicks' constitute their own "race" either since fat people aren't their own class, prima facie . (If anyone comes across a case that proves otherwise, please let me know about it.) Spoiler
