Me: " XYZ bookstore, how can I help you?"
Idiot Custy: "Yes, what are your hours?"
(Note: Before we speak to customers, we have an automatic message system that gives you all sorts of handy information like our store hours).
Me: " -_______- 9am to 11pm EVERY-DAY"
Idiot Custy: "Oh, what about tomorrow and Sundays?"

Ever since Facebook changed the way the main page looks, i havent been able to see a lot of peoples updates and stuff. Pretty lame it is it is.
