Tailtiu, shoulder may be hidden easily, but the foot and ankle I think are all easily seen. Assuming the tattoo is on the top of the foot; i don't think people tend to get them on the bottom. >.> And I thought of getting a tattoo on the lower back some years ago, until I found out what that location was called. >.> I'd get it on the back period, but then I couldn't see it.
