Im always up for Shinji/Misato. It wouldve been cool to see more of them especially in EoE after seeing her kissing him, why didnt he take Misato with him instead of Asuka when he rejected Instrumentality? Then they wouldve finished their business.

i think rei, but there are some...difficulties with those two, but the idea that he saw her naked, is a defenat....well, lets just say its definatly way off topic, point is, they might have some difficulties, but its either rei and shinji, or karou and shinji

I'm reading The Iron Maiden 2nd, and I say... Kaworu.

Oh, maybe you're right. But after seeing the II film, I start hating him. 
I can't tell you exactly why, but that's so. I hate him. His' an idiot (sorry). Shinji, how can you JUST THINK that everybody had to stay with you, do the things you want and love you for every day of your life, etc. etc. ? Before, he was a poor guy with a lot of trobles. After the film, I see him as a guy who can't faces his own problems.
This is my opinion, that goes without sayin'. And maybe this is what Anno wants. But...that's it.
