A boy and his uncle that is detective comes from japan in pursuit of a mad scientist. They track him down to a big mayor technological city. That they they had built something called a ''Ziggurat'' in that city. Plans are skeamed and The boy and his uncle find the mad scientist...dead in his burning factory...but the boy found something else...a girl...They fell down the sewers and began to be chased by everyone later. So the boy is trying to escape his pursuers togheter with the girl and also try to get her to remember. And the uncle is searching after the boy togheter with a robot detective. And upon all of this...a revolution is started against the robots...
