Her name dosen't mean coffe... the coffe is just called that.

the funny thing is spellings. there are three different ways to spell just Sesshoumaru's name. i watched ( i know, i'm a dork) this whole lesson at the opening of one of my fan subbed dvd's of InuYasha that explained why tessaiga(or something close to that) is that way and not tetsusaiga (i still spell it the latter way, mind you). cause if you spelled it the latter way, it would be like sticking random T's into Sesshoumaru's name. really weird. but SEsshoumaru means either killing perfection of beautiful assassin (something close to that).

ANYWAY, you're right, there is a strong correlation between names and personalities. i think it's done on purpose. i try to do that with meanings when i write my novels. it happens.
