Just use relinquished it practly has the same effect

One thing I learned, don't play spellbinding circle on a TER. It practically halts the duel.

How?

When Thousand-Eyes Restrict is on the field, no other monster can attack or change position. If Thousand-eyes Restrict is under a spellbinding circle, it cannot attack either. No monster on the field can attack.

Thats really helpful

Relinquished is ok but Thousand Eyes Restrict is a lot easier to summon and has the mass spellbinding effect.

Not that high but it does no harm to have it in my fusions, if i had a level 8 fusion id put that in too.

I suppose it allows you to rid yourself of a high level monster on your opponents side of the field as well as summoning a strong monster...
