Alright, I did a HORRIBLE job at explaining how happiness is rather an obsession. lol, ummm....I should probably divide this poem into two section or two individual poems, but...I don't know. I like how the first two lines seem out of place, but then as you read on, it kinda starts to fit in together? And then at the end, the two parts of the poems are kinda connected. It's a....uhhh...weird, way to...write a poem. lol, but what the heck, might as well post it now that I've written it.

lol, I wanted to make it look like a sonnet...wait...sonnets are 14 lines...right? or something.... Ionno, something is 14 lines. lol, that's all I know. Anyway, if you guys have time, tell me what you think, and whether it's easy to understand. I don't know if alot of you will be able to see the connection, lol, ***III*** I had to read it over twice afterwards to understand what the heck i was thinking, and figure out the connection.

Anyway, the two parts are kinda stupid together, but alone I think they're pretty good. Or so I think.






Happinession (lol, I know, weird title. but it goes with the weird poem!)


Happiness is not a fish you can catch.
It is but an obsession that can swallow you whole.
The scorching cool desert longs for something so simple,
And yet the greedy sky will not weep.
The sun will strip the ground of its life,
And the sky, the ravenous immortal it is, devours the purity so sweet.
The Gods punish the blue for the inevitable,
And shower the endless with infinite needles.
The needles rip the sacks of silver,
And the angry abyss speaks of thunder.
The sweet life will now leak onto the inanimate victim,
And the craving, of the ruler of day and night, revives.

Happiness is conveyed in a never-ending whorl,
And the sky's obssesion, will forever be, the earth's trepidation.

(And no, it isn't a letter I've recieved or anything of the sort, it's just a poem, like, it's not a love letter, but...bah! I don't know how to explain!! Oh you'll see!!!)

The Love Note

I am the love note,
Packed away among the countless others,
Gathering dust under your bed,
Where the monsters sleep,
And dampness rules.
After my beauty has lost it's face,
You will once again find me,
But my words are still pure,
And the feelings behind still true.
You will read me once, and remember my youth,
But that is all you will remember,
And my secret will, as always, remain hidden.
This love I contain is eternal,
But to you it is merely words.

And alas...
I no longer reside beneath your bed.
Dampness no longer rules me,
And I no longer sleep with the monsters.

I am now among the forgotten.
You will never read me again.
I am now a true love note,
And you will never know.





Whaddaya guys think? the narrarator (the love note, lol) sounds like...a kid to me. you know? I don't know, like the vocabulary I used and stuff is just....bah!! I don't know! but yeah, i made it sound innocent.
the lines:

"I no longer reside beneath your bed.
Dampness no longer rules me,
And I no longer sleep with the monsters."

kinda portray the fact that, the love note (yes, I am referring to it as a person) liked it under the person's bed, and even though "dampness" and "monsters" sound negative, it sounds like it's missing them. ok, in other words, the negative, is actually positive, and the positive is actually negative in this entire poem. I kinda got that feeling.

Anyway, LOL!! this is WEIRD!!! I'm commenting on my own poem!!! lol, as if someone else wrote it! hahahah...I think I should stop.



Anywho-haws. KiDA's poems inspired me to write poems again, it had been a while since I'd written anything. So Thank you KiDA (and such crazy poems too, lol I was right about you afterall KiDA! "You will forever be, the true madness in me."
oh the craziness.

Thats really pretty hun. I like it a lot. It really makes you think sometimes......but keep it up, I love all your work. You know you have a supporter here for life hun. I can't wait for the drawing. I bet it will be swell. ^^

In the 14 months that you had me blocked your writing has improved a helluva lot.

The Boogyman and His Friends


There's a hand under my bed,
Trying to reach to grab my feet.

There's a dog outside the house,
howling so I'll come out and play.

There's a monster outside in the shed,
growing impacient for some meat.

There's a witch inside our house,
brewing her favorite soup-of-the-day.

I hear footsteps outside the door,
I cover my face with my bear,

I hear the door open slowly,
I hold Benny so tight he almost tears.

I hear someone breathing hard,
I peak through Benny's arms.

I see nothing but my ceiling,
darkness is not very friendly.

I see a shadow in the corner,
I feel like someone's watching me.

I slowly hide behind Benny,
The Boogyman has come to eat me.

I feel something tickling me feet.
But I dare not look to see.

I squint and whisper "mummy..",
But all I hear back is "Heh...Fun-nny".

I wipe away a tear with Benny,
The monsters have all come to eat me.

Alrighty, I got this giftart request by a friend of mine, like....more than a month ago, but I was just so busy that I couldn't get it done. I had the sketch and everything, but I still had to ink and color it. Well, I got around to ink it today....^^" Uhhhh...I uhhh...kinda promised her that I'd give it to her tomorrow when I see her....lol, we're going to carve pumpkins!! AND we're going trick or treating after!!! LOL!!!....Ahem....i know I know...I'm too old for stuff like that...and so is she...but hey, one should never lose the kid inside. Plus, need some sugar in my system. AND we're both pettit, so no one will notice...lol. I hope....hahahaha, some people DID notice last year...and they were like..."uuuhh, aren't you guys too old to be trick or treating?"...we just laughed... O_O" hahaha and ran away with the candy. Hahahahahahah!!!! wanna know what the FUNNIEST part is?!?!?! LOL, ok, my friends and I ALWAYS stop some kids and like...trade candies and stuff!!! XD that's like, the fun part!! hahahaha...oh man....well, this year there's going to be only the two of us going....so wish us luck!!! Hope we won't get kicked in the bum or something...lol, we're basically stealing other kids' candies. Bwahahahahaha!!!


Anyway, as I was saying, yes. The giftart. Anywway, these two girls are my friend's characters, and since she's not into Anime, she wanted to see what they'd look like if they were drawn in that specific style. I'm going to color em with Prisma Markers right after this post. so yeah, I'll post up the colored version in a bit.
