Alrighty, I got this giftart request by a friend of mine, like....more than a month ago, but I was just so busy that I couldn't get it done. I had the sketch and everything, but I still had to ink and color it. Well, I got around to ink it today....^^" Uhhhh...I uhhh...kinda promised her that I'd give it to her tomorrow when I see her....lol, we're going to carve pumpkins!! AND we're going trick or treating after!!! LOL!!!....Ahem....i know I know...I'm too old for stuff like that...and so is she...but hey, one should never lose the kid inside. Plus, need some sugar in my system. AND we're both pettit, so no one will notice...lol. I hope....hahahaha, some people DID notice last year...and they were like..."uuuhh, aren't you guys too old to be trick or treating?"...we just laughed... O_O" hahaha and ran away with the candy. Hahahahahahah!!!! wanna know what the FUNNIEST part is?!?!?! LOL, ok, my friends and I ALWAYS stop some kids and like...trade candies and stuff!!! XD that's like, the fun part!! hahahaha...oh man....well, this year there's going to be only the two of us going....so wish us luck!!! Hope we won't get kicked in the bum or something...lol, we're basically stealing other kids' candies. Bwahahahahaha!!!


Anyway, as I was saying, yes. The giftart. Anywway, these two girls are my friend's characters, and since she's not into Anime, she wanted to see what they'd look like if they were drawn in that specific style. I'm going to color em with Prisma Markers right after this post. so yeah, I'll post up the colored version in a bit.

Prisma markers are great and high quality but try to use them in tandom with the Pencils as well, I find that it looks more vibrant if you do it that way. It also sharpens your coloring skills.

Wrote this today. I came up with the idea yesterday when I was walking in campus with a friend and all of a sudden I see the full moon (in daylight) and I was like...woah....I never really paid attention until then. And I thought it was cool how you can see the moon while the sun is up, but it will never ever be the other way around. you know?....yeah, well i just thought it was weird.

I just had to post this up. First of all, I love Oasis. They were one of the first two bands I became obssessed with. (The other, Our Lady Peace) I don't really like their new songs though, the old ones kick ass though.

Anyway, here are the lyrics for the song:

Wow...that was pretty long.
Anyway, for those of you who know this song, and know Cowboy Bebop, wouldn't it be a great song for the anime? like...Spike and Faye's theme song or Spike and Julia's theme song? *sigh* I think it'd be better for Spike and Faye.

I think that that's the best poem I have read. And the lyrics are really good too. I downloaded that song last night.

lol alrighty!! This here is one of my weirdest poems yet (it's got sound effects and everything!). I personally REALLY like this, it's more like a....story. lol, you'll see. I don't know why I wrote it like this, orrrrr...where I got the idea from, but I just really really like it.

A British Morning's Glory


I swing one leg up on my chair and pretend to be waiting for my tea to cool.
I bend over the table to make myself more comfortable and dip my finger un my tea cup, but quickly retrieve it.
Ow...Still hot...
I look at you from across the table, from the corner of my eyes
To see if you saw
While my head rests sideways in my hand.
You're reading the morning news, and drinking your coffee
And are unaware that you're being watched.
I sigh and look at the noisy clock, tick tock tick tock...
For a moment it seems like time is rewinding itself,
but it's just me being nervous in your company.
I turn back to look at you, and find two eyes staring back.
You smile and place the paper on the table.
I smile back, but I'm unable to free the words held within.
You take one last sip from your cooling coffee, and stand up.
I immediately look at my tea cup, and pretend not to notice,
and you leave the table to go and get ready.
My eyes follow you and when you're gone, I lay back in my chair.
I sigh yet again, and the words "Bloody 'ell..." quietly escape my mouth.
I look at my tea cup again, and pick it up with both hands to take a sip.
*Slurrrrp*....."....Oh bloody 'ell..." I utter again, but this time with more bitterness and a deeper tone.
My tea has gone cold... yet another british morning's glory.

A British morning's glory is so cool! I love the 'bloody 'ell's'. They add such a delightful touch to the poem. I thought he was going to look at you. lol

The Earth, The Sun and The Moon was so sweet. When I was reading it, it made me feel really calm and relaxed. Which is what I like poems to make me feel when I read them!


Oasis huh? The only song of theirs that I really know is 'Wonderwall'. But I really liked the one you posted.

Anyway can't wait to see more. You really have a beautiful gift Anna. ^^

I really liked the pearls lady! Very good detail. Though, in real life I don't much fancy girlies with that much eye shadow. heh heh. But the detail of it was exceptional!
