I don't seem to think you are the right person, your post was ok, but not that good and you didn't really explain your reasons too well. So, no from me.

Could you maybe state the reasons inwhich you didnt like so i can improve if i had to do it another time?

I didn't think you were taking it very seriously, that wasn't the impression I got from reading your post. You also seemed to miss out reasons why you should be mod, or didn't have enough, your past experience and such.
