I means "I don't understand."

I think it translates to a term that you "hold someone close" or to "hold someone tight".

Might as well give a small lesson here.
Wakarimasen derives from the verb Wakaru. (To Understand). Dropping the U and adding imasen makes it a negative. This also works with anai (Wakaranai)

the anai is the negative verb plain form
wakarimasu=understand
wakarimashita=understood
wakarimasen=dont understand

Hm...not too sure.

I guess "Hontou sa/Hontou yo" can work just as well...you could say "Watashi o shin'you shinasai".
Although all of them just mean "trust me". I couldn't find one for "
just trust me", sorry.

doosan- father
okasan- mother
(o)nii(chan)-(older)brother(who is dear)
(o)nee(chan)-(older)sister(who is dear)
those are the family member names that i know of. also, i have a fairly simple way of actually TRANSLATING english names into japanese (it all just comes down to finding the origin of the name or the "name meaning" and then finding that word in japanese) so basicly...if anyone wants thier name translated like that, i can do it. (PM me or something if you dont want your name out in the open)
