Why?
-uses less chakra
-takes longer to master which implies that it is stronger
-once mastered, requires only one hand to form it
-looks cool

when naruto and Sasuke had tat fight. the two attacks were about to face off but they got deflected by kakhshi. the two attack did some damage and the Rasengan did the most. as a mater of of fact it did ALOT more damage so much so Sasuke got mad and left lol.
