I think that Sango and Miroku are the best couple.... but Inuyasha and Kagome are also a good couple.

I choose Inuyasha and Kagome but I don't know how well that will work out. I mean, if Kagome went with someone else there would be no more series. Inuyasha would kill himself o.o

Kikyou/Kagome all the way, though I'm also a fan of Sango/Kagome, Sango/Kohaku, Sango/Ayame, Kikyou/Kagura, Ayame/Kagome and Bankotsu/Jakotsu.
