i got to be an extra in a tv show for like five seconds. the tv show was called Wildfire. it showed me and this kid Phillup fighting. My step dad recorded that episode. but unfortuanally i had a pretty BAD headach.

Doing what you see in anime is a BAD idea in a real situation (or even just sparring) they look cool but have no real combat purposes, believe me I have firsthand experience

lol, I know Anime things usualy don't have any real combat purpose, BUT when you mix it up a bit and throw a bit of stuff with combat purpose in. You get some kick Ass moves!
