I've been told that hitting hard objects like concrete and hard woods can result in disfunctional and deformed hands later in life. It's effective short term but in the long run you may regret it. But that's just what I've heard. Maybe I'll research it to get more details.

I don't really break, them, I strike them. But I know I can break them though, I put dents and holes in walls.

im a martial artist. i have been in kenpo for 7 years and i have masemoto swords training. it takes alot to become strong and there are many ordeals with fighting, but when learned you have confidence in any situation.
