I have seen creepier... He gets a one. Darcia from Wolf's Rain (in the last episode where he malls everyone and turns into a big, bloody hicupping wolf that kills all my favorite characters) is just as creepy. Even when he is a human with his weird little costume hugging his dead naked girlfriend (who's hair seems to magically cover all of her parts...) Ewww!

I'd give him a 9. God knows how many people he's violated with his tongue (Anko, Kabuto, Sasuke etc.)
