no, thats balancing.
If all the cards from the show where real, then the actual game would be a horridly unbalanced, and ridiculous. granted, it sorta is nowadays anyways cause of the newer sets and everything being OP, but thats what happens when good games get fueled to produce more money from infantile children.
but yeah, having the God cards being real, for a perfect example, would totally unbalance the game.

God cards are real.
And the anime is stupid if stuff is that "unbalanced" that it can't really exist.

the god cards are real, but they dont have the effects that where in the show, and are also not legal for any set of rules.

here was a rumor that Obelisk was going to be made into an actual card, but i'm unsure if that rumor became reality.

The legal obelisk card was released in decembers shonen jump. It's not a rumour, it's old news.
