before the movie ( Ed´s doble isn´t in the movie) and in WW2 side

Not many know, but after the blimp was destroyed it crashed into the earth catching Ed's double in it, many can presume him dead, but Ed managed to bring his soul and mind back tot he alchemy world, there the real Ed was killed by Envy.

So Ed's ouble can be presumed dead, seeing as Ed did not take the doubles body in the movie as he had his own body soul and mind like his father.

1 envy- went to the gate with ed and died
2 greed- killed by ed by using his bones first to die
3 lust- killed with the necklace im not sure by who i think by wrath or something. it was around when sloth got killed
4 gluttony- killed by al and wrath to make a gate
5 pride- killed by roy and his son in his basement
6 wrath- i dont think he dies
7 sloth- died by the hands of ed and wrath when wrath fused himself to her and ed turned her to water

Bleh so much typing i think they are all correct if i remember right
