I wonder if i could help with all of this, i have been wanting to since i joined the site.

Whats all the commotion about? Whats wrong with this site?

Increase in spam, flaming, and basically.. It's been made a living hell (in blunt terms) for some users, and the aa population has dropped.. I bet there's only 200?? Users that COME ON AA anymore.. And in the usergroup theres almost 800 pages FILLED with users..

I don't find Gravy-Train very offensive. This site would be heaps dull without him. I just read over the most recent page of his posts, and he says almost nothing offensive. He suggests someone might be retarded but thats only because they asked for it by saying something stupid like 'OMG. GT sed somthin smart for a change' Whats more offensive? Big Deal!

Anyway, you guys need to stop trying to do stuff to 'fix this site.' This site is running the same way it always has. Theres always been spam. There's always been flaming. The slight increase in spam reflects the increase in members. As for the flaming I think it used to be far worse. As for the members leaving you'll find TONS OF MEMBERS LEFT WAY BEFORE SYMOS EVER DID.
Takes Noodles, Dark Bear, Maggie, whoever, the names are insignificant, the point is members have always come and gone from this site.

There isn't really a problem on AA, however, by saying there is just about creates one. Threads like this don't really solve anything, neither do all those 'this sites crap' 'not as good as it used to be' blah blah threads.

I don't find this site as fun as it used to be. However it still runs the same. The difference is the members and there attitudes. The 'good members' didn't leave because they got flamed and spammed out. If anything, they left because they have lives.

Mods need to stop hating on GT, he's brings life and interest to this site. Every forum needs a user like GT to live things up.

GT is one of the few members that make me laugh, and the really great thing is: He doesn't give a damn.
If it weren't for members like that I wouldn't still post, hell, I wouldn't have joined

I like i have said many time before. To have a forum you need people, so if the forum is being run down. It’s because of the people running it down, not the site!

Everyone running around like headless chickens saying stuff like 'Oh the site is going down hill, blah blah.' you know the rest of that story and don't say you don't, because you do. The people make the site, so it's not the site what sucks it's the people, i'm not saying allot of people, i'm talking about the annoying spammer like people if you guys know what i mean.

Oh, and people seriously need to get off Gravy-Trains back, i think he is a cool user, little what i saw some where else on the other pages of this tread. 'Every forum needs a user like Gravy-Train.'

So, if you guys do want a good site, sort the people out. But then again as some one said in the other pages of the tread, people like to break rules because it’s fun, I have to lay some thing on that and that is some times people break the rules because other people think that is cool and back them up on doing it. I have seen I happen before.

The Mods on the other hand…

Allot of people are moaning about the site going down hill so they Pm or contact the admin and Mods to say about the problem so the Mods reactions is to get strict and sort out the problem, so they did… it’s there job to help the users. And now, every one is moaning that the Mods are being too strict. What are the Mods meant to do then? I wanna ask. They are trying to make you happy, people are almost flaming them because there doing little work and know it’s because they do too much work.

Then again, every thread and post that is made on this topic is pushing all kinds of users away, and making them leave. You know I don’t blame them.

If you see, I also spam a lot in the beyblade forum..me and my bro here sometimes jokingly spam...but ofcourse..in a limitation..I just sometimes feel guilty about what all I do..so i wont try to do that again..sorry mods ;__;
