I don't know about best fighter though...maybe Gohan if Eldest Kai(was that his name? I can't remember) had finished making him into Mystic Gohan. If I remember right he got tired and never completed it.

Not counting that I'd say SSJ3 Goku (I never count SSJ4 as an actual form because it wasn't in the manga and DBGT just threw it in there to get people to buy it...)

Eldest Kai was trapt in the sword and was relased when the sword was broken.

Future Trunks only reached SSJ 1 and I think SSJ 2. Gohan managed to get to Mystic form which is equal to SSJ 3.

You guys are listing from DBZ and all the other series but I thought this was about Dragon ball as in, just dragon ball with little goku etc. BTW: Just my opinion, DB pwns DBZ etc. $\:D/$
