I think, Elementar Gerad. I've seen it before, but I wasn't able to finish it, so I rewatched it right from the start. And yeah, the anime Kaze no Stigma. Though I haven't watched it yet, I'd definitely give it a try, and I think the story seems good.

I saw elfen Lied recently too! Good show was good, but they rushed the plot. they coulda done a lot more if they tookt heir time
