thats the beauty of ending with death. the only good manga, animes and such are the ones that end before it gets ridiculous. Naruto is just to danmed long. and bleach is getting close to that deadline.

DN is different from Bleach and Naruto.
DN actually has a solid plot and has a set beginning and end, while Bleach and Naruto are running on sole popularity alone like a sitcom- it'll eventually dwindle dramatically.

True, it does get annoying when it goes on forever. Eventually the creators run out of ideas so they just put "Random bad guys showed up. Go kill them".

Random bad guy shows up should only be used if said bad guy is only there to somehow bring in a really well fleshed out villian who becomes the main villian in some way.
Example, hero kills random bandit. Hero discovers that said bandit is part of an ominous evil group. This sets up a plot (Defeat te group) and can lead to some memorable villians. Howeve, if it's just one bandit and no evil group thing, then it's stupid.
Well, that's my thoughts on this. Back to Kimiko with the weather report.
