...actually Hentai <i>means </i> pervert in japanese. if you watch the japanese version of the show, Sango calls Miroku that all the time, which is of course accompanied by a slap to the face. another great japanese word to incorperate into your language: <b>Baka</b>. it means idiot. it is the second most common word on the show.
