Perhaps they'll change the fact that his father tried to kill him int othe fact that his father tried to kick him out of his home.
His personality: They'll redraw him to make him look like an anime image of 15-year-old Mr. Rogers and they'll say he's 14 instead of 12.
His bloodthirst: His technic where he traps people in the sand want start squirting blood outta them will be remade. And the blood that comes out of the sand (the blood is black) will be called "Coke".

No, it'll be grey blood like how 4KIDS censored blood out of the Zoro vs. Mr. 1 fight in One Piece. Who do they think they're trying to fool with this kind of crap? XD
I'd also like to add that if 4KIDS did Naruto and I watched the dub Naruto, I probably wouldn't find Gaara so nearly as appealing.

i dont think that was called for. Wafflegod has a point. He can discuss here if he doesnt like it. But its up to him to know that hes posting to a crap load of Naruto fans.
