not nessisarily... i just thought it was cute that uchiha did that even tho he probably knew or was just being kind hearted before doing that. however i knew it was a joke. logically speaking that yes you can be a crossdresser/transvestite at a young age but unless he was overexaurateing, crossdressing at age 2 and knowing what you are doing is impossible. when your two you can barely say your parents names much less then choose your sexuality or cloths you prefer.
