I could give you a long list of users that are just too immature or high and mighty and to be honest, can't deal with the responsibilities that they already have.

I am talking about functional changes, e.g. the code and layout (you guys might not remember the D4rk incident).
Webmaster does tend to discuss these issues and ideas with just the mods, I am not going to mention them as they were posted away from your eyes for a reason.

I am a user on AA, remember that, and I don't like this idea. Even though I could use it as much as you could.

Well if you're already discussing things like that with webmaster, then he surely already knows about them. Therefore, they would already be on his to-do list, and if he liked the custom title then he'd have them bumped right after these other issues. I'll apologize if this sounds like a jarbled mess: I'm in a bit of a rush.

Many other AA users express veiws simlar to mine in this very thread. This is still, in my opinion, a pointless feature. If you really cant be imagnative and creative with your sig and avatar - well that something I can not help with.

Come to think about it, I given this thread far to much attention that it just does not deserve.

Remember, even though we do not agree I would defend your right not agree with me, that whats great about this site.

People probably forget about the report post button due to its location. It's very easy to go unnoticed. However, things like avatars, signatures, and user titles are not so easily overlooked.

Only two other regular users opposed my idea and they gave the same reasons you're giving. They simply stopped posting. It's not a matter of "looking up to" anyone. And it's not a matter of being upset. I'm just confused as to why some many people on this site, mods included, have become so strict and unwilling to makes changes and upgrades to the site as of late. Two years ago, everyone, including you would have agreed to my suggestion without a second thought. Why is everything so uptight and restricted now? I can't think of a single user abusing this feature other than GT.

If there are really other things that need to be done to improve the site first then why haven't you been making any suggestions? And yet, here you are saying my idea is bad and won't work even though we haven't tried it out yet. There's no harm in trying something new. If it doesn't work, then it can be removed.

Custom users names = bad idea. Users are too immature, will clutter up the site, perhaps lead to longer loading times, take up unnecessary room on the sever, it does not add creativity, you have a title based on how much you post.

Um no it's not. I've been on worse. It doesn't matter to me much about the user titles since this is the first forum I've been to. So I'm pretty much used to what we have.

Give examples of users being too immature for custom user titles and how it does not add to the site's creativity. Stop ignoring my request.

I have heavy weight behind my opinions, your wasting your time questioning that (which is alot of time). The reason I keep posting because I know for a fact you are incorrect, with that aspect anyway.

I would have to single out countless users and I refuse to do so, I am not in a position that I am able to.
