Seto - Though he didn't get that cheaply did he?
He was forced to study.
Mokuba was just shoved aside I guess.
Though Noah rivals him a little - but he never got to learn all the corporate things.

But if you think of it - Seto had to train all his childhood and still is.
Noah didn't have anyone to train him because his father Gozaburo didn't bother since he was in a computer and he had Seto.
