You obviously forget what the area's like there. kenshin would have to fight in the streets and everyone would think he's crazy.plus he would have to figure out the area and find jack which would put him in a disadvantage

Not everywhere in the future in Samurai Jack is urbanized. And why do they have to fight in the future huh? They are both from the age of samurai in Japan. So it only makes sense that they would meet there.
