if you like harry potter you will love eragon.When Eragon finds a polished blue stone in the forest,he thinks it is the lucky discovery of a poor farm boy;perhabs it will buy his family meat for the winter.But when the stone brings a dragon hatchling,Eragon soon realize he stumble upon a legacy nearly as old as the Empire itself.
Overnigth his simple life is shattered,and he is thrust into a pelirous new world of destiny,magic and power.With only an ancient sword and the advice of an old story for guidance,eragon and the fledgling dragon must navigate the dangerous terrain and dark enemies of an Empire ruled by a king whose evil knows no bounds.
Can Eragon take up the mantleof the legendary Dragon Riders?The fate of the Empire rest in his hands.

Yeah I liked him much more than the guy who died in Harry Potter book 6.

Exuse me? Brom wasnt better than Dumbledore(bless his soul)and brom may have been funnier than dumbledore (i havent read the book in a long time) but Dumble dore was the gratest wizard of all time!

I dunno, I just grew more attatched to Brom. I was actually sad when he died. Not so for Dumbledore.

When does it come out Chibi? I read Eragon and fell in love. It is freakin' awesome. I'm going to reread it as soon as I get off the internet.

I LOVED that book. It's like 497 pages, but it goes fast doesn't it? You guys know how when Haezel told Eragon's fortune, she said he'd fall in love? Well, I'm betting he's going to fall for Arya. There are hints of a crush around the end of the book.
