there was never any time in DBZ or GT that it was stated that females can't go super saiyan,and i don't understand why everyone says they can't.

Females only lack the ability, it doesn't mean that they will never become super saiyan.

You're right about one thing, she sure is pretty.

With a lil bit of pratice I think Pan can do it.
Shes like a mini Goku only a lil bit more serious and ambitious.

i agree completly, cause it was never stated that they can't nor will it ever be

and as for pan, although she is strong she isn't quite that strong for the transformation. also- for almost everyone of them like goku, vegeta, and gohan the transformation was aquired out of neccessity
