what up with mr.popoo and how he met kame is he from earth or a alian?

It might tell you in Dragonball?

whew, this one almost had me thinking,mr.popo followed kami around everywhere in dragonball,he was his servant, but im not sure where he came from or how he got there.one thing i came up with is that kami saved mr popo's life and offerd to be his servant....but its just my guess..

Mr Popo served other Guardians before Kami... They only met when Kami took over as the Earth's Guardian. It never told you what Mr Popo is or how he came into existance though.

ill explain that part, when a mommy mr.popo and a daddy mr.popo love each other veeerrryyy much they like to "express their love"when that happens 9 months later Mr.popo jr. is born!

Coolness... but where did the original Mr. Popo/Mrs Popo come from then? Ha! Answer that!

Do you even know what original means? It means the first Mr Popo ever which couldn't have come from previous Mr or Mrs Popos.
