Who is the coolest anime char?

I think its Roronoa Zolo (Of One Piece) followed by Seto Kaiba (obvious) and I know this has been done before countless times, but please give me your opinions. they may have changed.

Insector Haga from Yu Gi Oh, with Buggy the Clown (One Piece), Usopp (also from One Piece) and Saki (Steel Angel Kurumi) being close runner-ups.

basically the same but seto kaiba first followed by Zolo followed by vegeta from dragon ball z (not gt he becomes a bit of a push over in gt)

In this I'm not sure I like quite a few;
Sasuke Uchina - Naruto
Haku - Naruto
Sawa - Kite
Wakter - Hellsing (A 60+ yrs. ld. who can do all that deserves credit)
Motoko Kusanagi - Ghost in the Shell (moreso in the original film)
Well that's my list anyway.
