I really don't know...
But I think he will not...

I think he would, you can so tell that he likes her but maybe if/when they settle down he would me loyal to her

Yes.... but in one episode ( I dont remember the title) miroku asked sango if he can married her after they destroy Naraku, and when sango asked him if he will be loyal he don't say anything because he know that he would not be loyal...
But I really don't know...
May be miroku can give us a surprise.
