It'd be really helpful if someone could recommend me some anime. My favorite animes are:

And I don't really like animes like Inuyasha, Chobits, Bleach, Yu Yu Hakusho, etc.

Well, since you liked Elfen Lied, I would suggest downloading the Elfen Leid ep 14 OVA (unless you've already done so.)
Also, becuase you liked Evangelion, I would suggest RahXephon, and Space Runaway Ideon.
RahXephon is another thinking mecha anime, similar to Evangelion, but in my opinion, beats Evangelion in almost every factor; Characters, Plot, Storyline, etc... but thats just my bias against Eva speaking. You should be able to enjoy RahX though. ADV released a RahXephon Complete collection, collecting the entire series in thinpack dvds, and you can buy it for about $80 (online, you may be able to find it even cheaper)
Space Runaway Ideon has never been released in the US, but it is currently my favorite series. You can find it on animesuki's series listings. Hideaki Anno (director of Eva) cited it as one of his main inspirations for Evangelion (along with Gundam). Also worth noting is this quote
"Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack is Great!"-Anno

I've already seen the fourteenth episode of Elfen Lied and RahXephon, but I'll check out Space Runaway Ideon.

Sorry, I forgot to mention something; If you don't like old animation, don't bother with Ideon. It was made in 1980

I don't mind old animation. ^^ As long as it's good, then animation doesn't really matter.

That's good to hear. Often times, I hear prejudice against older animes based on how characters look or the animation. (I can still remember how Gundam Wing fanatics insulted the original Gundam's protagonist Amuro Ray and said he failed as a character because he looked like a monkey with an afro...)

Martian Successor Nadesico, always a classic [even though it's barely 10 years old].
