that's a good point...she rarely ever goes but when she has a test or something she goes back and crams on studying and then usually falls asleep with her head on her book. Then she's late and ends up missing the test anyway. But I guess if she crams so much on studying he has to be kind of smart. And think about it, she'll learn lots about history if she's in the sengoku jidai.

I don't think she's that smart is she would put up with Inuyasha 24/7.

you know, it's easy to say Kagome is an idiot (which i can agree with some points to) but look at her freinds; they think she's sick for 350 days of the year. Houjo can't take a hint...and her brother isn't exactly the brightest either...leaves us at two conclusions; one, it's in the school district or two, it's in the water.


but to back up the poor girl; it is NOT easy to shoot a bow and arrow...period. let's not forget the times that she has hit a target no bigger then a pebble (the jewel shard in Sesshoumaru's arm in like the 20th episode) or such.

you can't always judge just because seh doesn't go to school meaning she's dumb. what about those home schooled? it's not like she isn't taking her books with her.

its not often she looks at those books. she doesnt really do anything.

well...she <I>does</i> keep InuYasha from killing....err...shippo? (not that it would be a great loss if the runt were to bite the bullet)...oh oh, she keeps him from killing (or being killed by) Sesshoumaru...and is the only one who can sit him when he turns all demonish (hehe...) so...uhh...yeah. besides, what fun would it be without a foil of inuyasha on the show? it wouldn't hold it's humor.

I wouldn't really call anyone on the show stupid its just rather predictable... Kagome isn't stupid, infact she really should take inuyasha's word and stay in her own time... all she does is scream "INUYASHA" and he screams "KAGOME" then the occasional Kagome screaming "OSWAURI!!!" but really, Kagome isn't stupid, and I know alot of people who have no common sense...

but she does...i mean, honestly. take a look at the times that she has helped out in battle. taking the jewel shard out of Sesshiles, facing down naraku a couple times, sending a purifying arrow up his a$$ to get the miasma away, purifying kagura's wind so inu could kaze no kizu her back to naraku. and that's all within the first forty episodes. shall i dare to go on? cause i've seen the series and read the manga...

i think she hurts him more than she helps him. when she is in trouble who helps her? Inuyasha. When Inuyasha is in trouble who helps him? Inuyasha. He helps himself. i'm not say that this is all the time but most of the time she needs saving because she cant do it herself. i find myself say, "would u get out that bow and arrow already and save ur man." i think that.
